a situation in where the millennial wishes goodnight upon their chatmate, ending the conversation. unbeknownst to the millennial, this is an outdated protocol harboring extreme embarrassment and shame.

ray: Annie I am sleepy, bye and goodnight.
annie: Ha-ha you pathetic motherfucker, did you just pull a millennial exit on me? That's not how the youngsters say goodbye! You could have just not replied. I hate you and we will never speak again.

A terminology used in golf. Used in context when a golfer chips in; usually epic.

20 yard chip. Golfer Chris hits the ball. The ball bounces and takes an epic roll into the hole. Golfer Andrew immediately yells, "Milled!"
