Hokuphobia is phobia against small blonde person that is called hoku. They like frogs so if you're scared or don't like frogs that's hokuphobia. Also if you make fun of them, you're also very hokuphobic.

An example would be:

- Dude, I don't like frogs.
- Damn, that's very hokuphobic of you.
