A "drunk pony" is when you put a bottle of alcohol in the toilet and then sit on the toilet in order to lodge the bottle up your rectum. Fallowing this you get on all fours while the bottle drains into your anal cavity. This is normally done by stupid people in the restroom, for obvious reasons, and for the purposes of getting drunk faster for less money.
