The crips are one of the most notable black gangs in america, founded in 1969 by Raymond C.Washington and co founded by Stanly Tookie Williams. The crips are truely only based in LA but many imatator sets with the "crip name" have spawned outside LA and throughout the U.S., it is not a multiracial gang, whites claiming crips are fake as crips were started on the black panther movement and the co founder tookie williams who notably hated whites. They are often knowns as the Camelot Park Crips because they have a park where they have basketball games and place bets there. They are one of the most infamous crips from Grand Rapids,Michigan. They are most known for their involment in a drug deal that went bad in 2006. That drug deal left 3 people dead 2 other crips from Franklin Park Crips and one police officer. This is one or the reasons that the Franklin Park Crips of their main crip rival. Their main blood rival are the Fountain Piru Bloods who are up the street from Camelot Park.
