A teacher's hoe is a variant of a teacher's pet, with their constant sucking up and tattling to the teachers and/or school authorities such as principals and school cops. They often become totally socially inept and institutionized in a way, and they can't socialise or function properly due to being pampered by teachers. They often hang out with teachers all the time and become the favorites of the teachers.
