Get the Dragon Kickmug. Refers to an object that has become obsolete or is hardly used or hasn't been used in a long time. What is "kicking around" is usually an annoyance or something that is often tripped over thus it is "kicked around". Sometimes it may refer to a long lost or unused object that now can be used again. Something that only serves to be getting in the way for the time being.
