A name for a girl who is very shady, and backstabbing. She'll say she's your best friend, but then try and ruin a relationship between you and your boyfriend. Kelsey usually will tell one boy she's dating him and keep two on the side for backup, in case her current boy isn't keeping her happy. Kelsey usually updates her profiles saying how "ugly" or "lonely" she is just so she can get the attention of others. Kelsey will also flirt with other boys when one of her boyfriends isn't around so she can feel like she's "loved". Usually has more friends than she can count, but still for some reason feels lonely, and also makes everything more dramatic then it seems.

Kyra and Kelsie (more commonly noted as Kyra & Kelsie) are two best friends (always girls) who look almost exactly alike. They're personalities, though very similar, are still different.
