Dippin Dottin

A phase of weather where it is snowing but in a hail like form. When the snow is in tiny balls that are not ice but yet compact snow that much resemble the look and texture of Dippin' Dots. And once on the ground apears as though you are walking in a big cup of Dippin' Dots.

Look its snowing outside! No its not its just hailing. No, its Dippin Dottin!
