Get the perversion mug.An adjective to describe a person or specific mannerism that is awkward to the extent that it makes you uncomfortable. A combination of the the words "permanently" and "nervous" (i.e. that person makes me permanently nervous). Synonyms include creepy, weird & awkward. Note that you can like and may even be friends with people who are pervous (e.g. Christopher Walken)
