Planet Strades

Planet Strades is a planet that was under Gomboolian rule. Once hosting the Gomboolians, Sarboolians, Fauneers & Froliwalkers, Planet Strades was a beautiful and extravagant planet that was home to breathtaking art, incredible history, and a diverse and unique culture. Planet Strades was unfortunately destroyed by Queen Moss of the Gorkon Empire many years ago, and the whole planet was forced to evacuate. Everyone residing on Planet Strades has moved across all corners of the universe, and have brought along with them their art, history, culture, stories, and traditions
“I once ruled Planet Strades. I was the most powerful king they had. And I ruled with a fist of steel. Now, I’ve lost it all. I point my finger and there’s nobody here.”

“Yeah, yeah, dad… I’ve heard this story plenty of times. But is that really why they call you King Nothing…?”

Dodge Stratus

A mid-sized family car made by Dodge from 1995 to 2006. The car was redesigned in 2001. It was a badge-engineered version of the Chrysler Cirrus and Plymouth Breeze (which began in 1996) in its first generation. The three were known as The Cloud Cars. It was a badge-engineered version of the Chrysler Sebring in its second generation. In other words, it was the same as these cars but with a Dodge logo. Nothing fancy, but a generally reliable car that may have some problems with struts. A common defect on the first generation model was that the hood would start to rust prematurely. The second generation had some issues with the 2.7L. Any Stratus engine has an unusually high-pitched recognizeable sound while running. Overall, an underrated car that gets you where you need to be and should last awhile, despite some quirks.
Why is that Plymouth Breeze so rusty at the end of the hood? -Ahem. Dodge Stratus. Nobody knows. They just do that. -Would you like to buy this Chrysler Sebring sedan from us today? -That's a Dodge Stratus! -Same thing! Shhh, if you make me look like a fool, I won't give you a good deal!

Stardust Lock

Referring to a popular situation in the card game Yu-Gi-Oh in which Stardust Dragon is played negating anything that would be destroyed. Because you can only do it once per turn, if you have multiples of the Stardust Dragon your opponent is essentially screwed.

Strausserie

An extremely vile liquid excreted, normally not purposely, from the anal region. Smells awful, looks unpleasant, and is extremely harmful if schleitered. Strauss for short.
I was trying to fart, but suddenly i felt a warm liquid flowing down the back of my leg. I concluded that this liquid could be nothing else but the infamous strausserie.

Strauss and Howe

Two authors (William Strauss and Neil Howe) who write books about the generations: Lost, G.I., Silent, Boomer, Thirteenth, Millennial and Homelander. They say that today's youth, the Millennial Generation, are a generation of authoritarian, bland, all-American, clean-cut, preppy little fascists who are destined to march behind Bushitler. They claim we oppose gay rights, youth rights, drug legalization, flag-burning, the anti-corporate and anti-globalization movements and premarital sex, and support the draft. They claim we will be just like the whitewashed boy scouts of World War II, the Greatest Generation, and believe that corporations can do no wrong and whatever the government does is right. Somehow, they draw the conclusion that Millennials trust their government even after SOPA/PIPA, the execution of Troy Davis, the White House Trespass Act, gulag schools and voter disenfranchisement of under18s, public schools that have become prisons, and cops who harass teens (or even over21s who look like teens), shoot people's dogs, arrest people for protesting, and get their "right" to cheat people protected by the Supreme Court. Another thing they got wrong about us is when they said we would be willing to trade liberty for security after 9/11. In reality, we were one of the few generations that DIDN'T get behind Bush or put security ahead of liberty after that tragic September day.
Greg: What's that you're reading?

Natalie: It's "The Fourth Turning", a book by Strauss and Howe.

Greg: What's about about?

Natalie (taking sip of her coffee): Oh, it's about how kids our age are supposed to follow social norms and march dutifully under our elder authority figures instead of rebelling.

Greg: In a world where the principal can have someone arrested for burping in class, a world where the cops arrest kids who go out when their parents ground them for dating someone of a different race, a world where gays can't marry in more than forty states and most countries of the world, a world where corporations have people arrested for starting websites they don't like, a world there the president and Establishment want to drill for petroleum re$erve$, a world where Occupy protestors get shot by filth, how could we NOT rebel?

Natalie: Yeah, tjose were my thoughts.
