A state of mind often attributed to those unable to string together coherent sentences (must...avoid...saying...name...of...US president...). Frequently blamed on such things as TV.

An important question is, "How those who blame stupidity on TV actually know how it causes stupidity if they don't watch it?"

Let's all blame stupidity on bizarre things like television, the dog next door or a small chicken called Bill.

Used to describe a corporation, business or workplace in which the people least suited to running the business, run it. Especially prevalent in large, impersonal fast food chains and restaurants.
