A hot guy, a sexy guy, or a cute guy, can be called, "spice.," or, "spicey," when referring to their outer appearance.

"Oh, look at that spicey guy over there!"

Translation... "Oh, look at that hot guy over there!"

Can also be used when referring to girls.

Spice

Spice means weed/cannabis. Its origin is the movie "Dune" but applied to weed instead. Here's a quote from the movie Dune by Princess Irulan: "The most precious substance in the universe is the spice Mélange. The spice extends life. The spice expands consciousness. The spice is vital to space travel. The Spacing Guild and its navigators, who the spice has mutated over 4,000 years, use the orange spice gas, which gives them the ability to fold space".
