Is a when the perfect succession of mostly unplanned events occurs/Happens causing the greatest result.its a reference to Apollo 13 mission systems emergency . Mainly the unbelievable installation of the spāgüder Valve assembly ( mistakenly pulled for installation do to engineer transversing the part numbers ) which is said to be "exquisite perfection in form and function" by Stephen Hawking.
