The Shimrul Effect is a natural phenomenon discovered by a British-Bengali pharmacist specialising in the study of khalabhai.

Most major acts of extreme stupidness and disability can be - according to the theory - attributed to other nearby forces of dopiness or disability. This causation effect is what is known as the Shimrul Effect.
