The act of making up random words that attempt to, or do, rhyme with previously stated words.

Girl: "What's up?"
Guy: "Not much, tizzuch"
Girl: "The fuck?"
Guy: "What? I like Seussing"

The Seuss

Term applied for any US ARMY unit, either active or reserves, whose standards for doing things falls shorter then what is expected of them by the Department of Army and whose chain of command more appropriately mirrors a Dr. Seuss plotline of contradictions and liabilities.

I heard a few boys over in first platoon ended up being attached to the seuss and ended up KIA because of the new LT.
