Rowley

A form of lower class citizens based in cities and rural areas. Usually large families, many kids, always messy/dirty as sin, can sometimes even rummage through slips for old clothes.
A terrible insult to people, often referring to an individual as a 'Rowley' or 'Rowley rat'.

Boy; Hey wasn't that my jumper? Pretty sure I threw it in the skip.

Girl; Nah man I just found it, its well warm and everything.

Boy; But I can see where I wrote my name on it on the tag...

Teacher; You dirty little Rowley.

One of a million boys/girls that seems like he/she doesn't care but does, Awesome, Funny, and Attractive. Rowlen is a rare name that barely anybody would name their son/daughter but its catchy and easy to say. You will never get them out your head because you are probably already attached. Sometimes shy, quiet, and sad but emotions can be easily changeable depending on what you do. You will probably come across a Rowlen once in lifetime or most likely not at all so make the experience pleasurable.

I really miss Rowlen, I wish I could spend more time with him/her...
