Patient's Record Retrieval Tool with acronym PRRT or PRReT is a questionnaire checklist developed by Francis Ohanyido for retrieving information on patient monitoring and management in HIV/AIDS

The PRRT was used in the analysis of the patients' treatment and management profile in some of the Antiretroviral delivery sites in Nothern Nigeria.
