The overwhelming wave of negative emotions (apathy, lethargy, depression, etc.) felt immediately after one consumes a meal served by the fast-food franchise McDonald's.

Gentleman: "Man, I am so pumped my welfare check came in. Now we can go hit up Mickey D's."
Onlooker: "Get the extra Big Mac for only $0.49!"
---20 Minutes, a large fry, and two Big Macs Later---
Gentleman: "Oh, my God. I feel the McDrag coming."
---30 Seconds and a belch later---
Gentleman: "I'm such a bum, but I don't even care. Who needs to work when Uncle Sam kisses my butt? I think I'll lay here and sleep and bask in the pool of my own filth and sebaceous oils."

Fort McDirty

Nickname of the booming northern Alberta town, Fort McMurray. Has an infrastructure suited to house approximately 45,000. Population: 85,000. Chief exports are: crack cocaine, synthetic crude oil and meth-heads, respectively. Only small city in Canada with thick smog, drive-by shootings and more prostitutes per capita than Amsterdam.

Fort McDirty is a nice place to work, but I wouldn't want to live there.
