A Ketly (also known as "Quetly") is a beautiful, magical being who can be found from a mile away (2 miles max), mostly because you can hear her laughing. She laughs at everything. But there is a chance you won't find her; There is no recognized pattern that can determine when she goes incognito, except for that her hood is probably on and she has probably been on the bus AT LEAST three times that day. When one does come across a Ketly, beware. That spark that got you there is the same spark that can end your life.
