A hep swivel is diverting something with a completly irrelevant question or statement to the subject of conversation. To be used to change the subject, especially when you don't like where the conversation is going.
Valarie: Bobby, we need to talk about our relationship....
Bobby: You're friend Janice called. I think she mentioned something about shoe shopping.
Valarie: Loveyoubye! *SLAM*
Bobby: Phew, saved by the old hep swivel.

Hepped up for no place: when one helps oneself up with imagined conflicts in order to get a self dose of testosterone. Often done when their regular substance of addiction is no longer available. See also:

He was all like Stormin’ Normin’ yesterday. Postwar and all hepped up for no place. Getting angry about the neighbors four doors down’s methods of lawn care and pruning.

Hip Hop music about Hepatitis. The type of Hepatitis doesn't matter because there are so few songs in this genre for it to be necessary to divide this microgenre into micro-microgenres
Hep Hop is a very niche and underdeveloped microgenre of Hip Hop music. Some examples include "Hepatitis B Rap Song" composed by Andrew Chen for the Asian Liver Center, "Dick Pays Rent" by Pink Guy ft. Santa's Brother, and Гепатит спид сифилис (Hepatitis AIDS syphilis) by pyrokinesis. As you can see, it will be a long time before this subgenre breaks into the mainstream with the likes of Trap and Gangsta Rap.
