Medical slang for a patient who "has lost--often through age--what goes into being a human being" (quote from Samuel Shem's "The House Of God"). Typically an old demented noncommunicative patient. Stands for "Get Out Of My Emergency Room".

Gumper ; Is A person who gumps. which is a person whom will persuade by performing a sexual act, usually fellatio but not limited to, to acquire or gain something they need . Often placed in the same group as puddle sluts, drug whore but really quite different. The main difference is a gumper, trades sexual favors for other things besides drugs or substance, but more focused on trading for other services or granted access to something not normally accessible by the sexual favor giver. Gumpers are not addicts but more often a determined crafty type. Who has no shame using sexual allure to gain what they want. Generally a tactic used by females towards men in power. Who have morality issues.

Forrest Gump when Forrest Gump's mother had sex with a superintendent of school district to grant Forrest Gump access into public school and not a special school for less fortunate.

In the PTA meeting held at the town hall a mob of parents held signs in protest and loud speaker saying "Mrs. Gump had sex with the right person to get her slow handicapped son into our public schools which created a distraction to all other children's learning." when interviewing another angry parent, the parent very frustrated in demeanor said, "She can't just gump the super-intendant for her boy to be placed into schools made for regular kids. She's done this before with parking tickets getting thrown out, to returning opened electronics that she obviously used and damaged. she gets away with everything by her gumper ways and now it seems she is gumping her way into our public school. "

Gimper Boyz

The absolute most laziest fucks you've ever even heard of in your life. They lay around all day every day hogging every bit of Internet bandwidth looking up things that lower their IQ and further their paranoia about everything. They also wonder why they can't find employment although they've never even attempted to fill out an application with all their bandwidth hogging. They would attempt to wash a dish occasionally but after breaking an arm trying to lift a tablespoon with their little toothpicks they no longer attempt to try. These gimper Boyz epitomize laziness in every way possible. They also don't own a real stereo but sometimes attempt to crank their music on their crappy little computer speakers.

Those Gimper Boyz sure are some worthless sons of bitches. I'm surprised they didn't get winded walking all the way from the couch to the computer chair.
