Someone who has no real skill or experience on guitar, yet insists on creating typically unmelodic noise, usually in the form of repeatedly playing the same scale over and over, ad infinitum.

House guest: "What is that noise?"
Host: "Oh. That's my dumb-assed guitarded neighbor with his Fender Strat."
