A situation in which promises are made and later broken, often knowlingly and wilfully. Like the donkey that has the carrot dangling in front of him, but the owner knows all along that he will never let the donkey get that carrot.

When I started working here thirty years ago, they promised me a golden pension with full benefits when I retired. Now that it's time for me to retire, they're cutting the benefits for retirees. They pulled a fuckaroo on me. There was a fuckaroo waiting for me at the end of the line.

to be afraid of sexual intercourse, and to avoid it at all costs. usually this term is used for a whore freshman that does not understand how being a whore works, and once said freshman figures out how her behavior causes her to want to be fucked by others, she becomes fuckaphobic in fear of having sex.
