Refers to someone from Syracuse NY who only wears Ralph Lauren POLO. From their all white POLO hats, to their white POLO Track Jacket, to their Ralph Lauren cologne, to their POLO sneakers.

Cuse Kid One: "Yo man I cant wait to go out tonight in Armory Square, but what should I wear?"

Cuse Kid Two: "How bout that Cuse Suit?"
