Clinking your glass with another persons (held) glass without consent, forcing the second party to drink with you.

Here stands TJ, holding a drink and minding his own business, when Josh walks up and clinks his fucking glass to TJ's, engaging the rules of Cheers Rape, forcing TJ to drink with Josh against his will.
