When someone asks do you listen to boy in blue it is a girl in red reference. They are asking if you are a male who likes other males in a sexual or romantic way.

I heard she listens to girl in red you have no chance.

No but he listens to boy in blue ;)

Boink Buddy

Someone who has no interest in going further in a relationship with someone, but still integrates sex in the mix.

Similar to the term "Fuck Buddies", but a much less harsher connotation.

I'm not currently tied down, but I do have several boink buddy(s).
