One night I had a dream in which I caught Billy Idol stealing my computer. I grabbed my gel wrist rest thingy I keep in front of my keyboard and chased him outside into the street. When I caught him I beat him with the gel wrist rest thingy until he was bruised, bloody and unconscious. When I told someone about it the next day they laughed about it and I coined this phrase.

This is no ordinary beatdown or victorious bloody ending to a fight. A Samoan beatdown is equivalent to watching a large Gorilla smashing, punching, and throwing around people like rag dolls.
To witness one for yourself is a spectacle comparable to watching your first UFC fight. Likeliness of catching a Female Samoan Beatdown is better because they happen more frequently because the women have shorter fuses. The women are also known for beatingdown their boyfriends or husbands.

A samoan kid, Yes a samoan "kid" 17 year old high school senior, 6'6" tall 280lb. would beat up Marines for their cases of beer and emptied their wallets when they came out of the liquor store. No surpises or cheap shots, he greeted them "Talofa!" and then demand they give up their beer, and if they didn't comply? Samoan Beatdown!! I heard he chose Marines because he felt they were more likely to fight and had heavy wallets. Word spread and soon Marines and others would not travel there without more than a group of two to hopefully eleviate the chances of getting owned. Eventually, they would run into "Silisili Ese tamali'i of beer" meaning the "Almighty Chief of beer" and had to fight their way back to the car.

person a decides that person b is a goon and decides that he needs to get a good beating. fortunately, he doesn't need to get ugly because there is a social service which caters to this social need.
thus, person a goes to a public phone and dials 1 800 beatdown to file a beatdown request of person b with the beatdown officer who handles the phone call. the beatdown officer carefully pre-evaluates the case asking all the pertinent questions which will be needed in the beatdown hearing of person b by the beatdown committee.
thereafter, the beatdown case is evaluated by the beatdown committee at the beatdown hearing and the committee either approves or rejects the case on its beatdown merits. if the case is approved, then the committee issues an official beatdown order and hands it over to the beatdown squad.
the beatdown squad is composed of enough individuals of the highest integrity and the skillset to beatdown any individual completely and safely. thus composed, the beatdown squad knocks on the door of person b, officially informs him on the issued beatdown order and gets his signature of beatdown concession.
