Combination of "biter" and "nipple" A person who, during foreplay, becomes overly aggressive with the areola. The bippler has no sense of subtlety or self-control. Bippler-related injuries are a growing concern, with some victims actually losing part of the area in question. Be aware when you play around there. Bipper

San Francisco Bay Area slang for auto burglar. A person who smashes car windows and steals items left visible inside parked cars, usually bags or laptops. Bippers work alone or in teams with another car acting as a getaway vehicle. Evidence of bip culture in the bay area is multiple burglarized cars showing temporary window coverings.
