a mix of the word BOLAS in spanish and BOULE in French which both mean texticles. Term invented for Tequila Burritto Nachoz (a mexican yet french at heart chihuahua)

This branches off of the word chillaxing. Boolaxing is the action of drinking heavily while relaxing. "Boo-" coming from the word "Boozing" and "-laxing" from "relax". It can also be said as "Belaxing".
