A bong that has been retro fitted with a hose where the old slider was, and the stem is in the old mouth piece. It's kind of like a hooka but made from a bong.

When you are extremely intoxicated on marijuana. That thirty minute period right after you get done smoking marijuana cigarettes, and your brain has to re-adjust to reality.
