It stands for wannabe emo, well actually they are more fashion emo's. People say that Wemo's try to be cool with cutting their wrists and try to get attention with it, but emo's are all the same. You cannot really seperate wemo's with that except they are less depressed and less 'dark' which in my eyes is a good thing. Wemo's are just Fashion Emo's who listen to emo-ish music and rock music. And Emo's are the ones who dress, listen like emo's but also cut themselves and try to get attention with it.

Emo: Geesh look at that Wemo he tries to be cool with his scars well mine look more deep.
