2.Being very high from smoking weed. (the more well known use of the word)

boom toasted

Similar to boom roasted, only much more insanely awesome and impressive. Can be only be used to describe a diss or burn that was given with such power and finesse that it reached a whole new level of raw awesomeness. If awesome and chuck norris had a baby, it would be boom toasted.
