A joke within the Runescape community for when someone gets lucky with a high value drop or stake (gamble). "Share, I tb'ed" means "Share the loot, the Teleport blocked the victim." The term used to refer to player-killing teams, who normally would have a specific person to teleport block the victim, preventing them from escaping. The teleport blocker would receive a portion of the profits for doing this, and the term came from this. Now, it's used as a joke when players recieve high level drops or items, such as a Draconic Visage or godsword hilt.

Player 1: "OMFG I just got an Armadyl Hilt guys!!"
Player 2: "Share I tbed."
Player 1: "lol"

Suffering from can't be arsed syndrome means you can't be arsed to do anything. A general lack of motivation to do basic tasks. Taking it easy. Avoiding heavy work. Finding day to day tasks cumbersome. Used in an specific instance as an out of the ordinary day for someone who is usually hard working.

dude 1: I am suffering from can't be arsed syndrome today.

dude 2: Why? What's up?

dude 1: I just have no motivation.

dude 2: Are you tired?

dude 1: Not really. I just can't be arsed today.

A sputnik is a guy who orbits around a woman, pretending to be her friend, with the ulterior and covert motive of becoming her lover.

Sputnik is a reference to the first artificial Earth satellite. Similar to the satellite that orbits Earth, the guy orbits the female friend, hoping for more. Therefore, he is an orbital.

Max, don't be such a sputnik! You do her homework daily but haven't even asked her out yet.
