Wanda showed us her tattoos of dangerous people she'd never met, places she'd never been, and scary things she'd never done.

something that some people like, and others don't. lots of people between ages 18-35 have them. those who don't usually have the misconception that people only get tattoos to be cool and that they all will regret them in a few years. they also think that people with tattoos are conformists. in reality, they are obviously jealous otherwise they wouldn't spend so much time on UD writing negative things about people with them.
oh my god, like, did you ever consider that maybe people get tattoos because they WANT to? because they like them?
OMFG!

Something even dorks get these days. They no longer indicate a badass individual, because they've been copied and replicated by so many people that nowadays instead of a few people having a tattoo, there's just a few people left that don't.
That cocky, plain 98 pound dork had tattoos all over her body and thought she could kick anyone's ass just like several million other people think these days. It's kind of like the trend where everyone thinks they are an ultimate fighter, a reality TV/game show badass, Bruce Lee reincarnated, or any variation of many different things people see on TV or youtube. What tattoos have become is not what tattoos were originally meant to be.

A form of artwork that involves putting ink under your skin.
most people see it as ugly work while others see it as a part of individuality.
Most people regret getting tattoos because they were a quick 3 second decision while others who take time to plan them will love seeing the piece everyday.
Something that shifts when you get older but considering the amount of detail and care provided will not become a blotch of multi-colored skin.
Something that rarely be considered conformity. Tattooing is art and there is an infinite amount of ideas designs and creativity to dispel "sheep following". Basically unless you're getting flash (any random picture on a tat shop's wall) that everyone you know has you're not following anyone.
It is a serious form of art work and should be carefully thought about.

basic conservative dumb ass: anyone who gets a tattoo is being a conformist and will regret it after it's done
Basic spontaneous ink victim: I did love my butterfly tattoo when i first got it done but now i'm tired of looking at it.
Me: I love the star on my arm. It represents my daughter and it's comforting to see it everyday and know that she's a part of me
My daughter: dad i don't want to get a tattoo.
(response) it's your body and your choice.
