stagdation

Portmanteau of "stagnation" and "date". A relationship plateau which happens somewhat inevitably in every dating relationship, wherein the romance basically boils down to small talk and the same old boring jokes and phrases.

Deep inside, the male part(s) of the equation (if present) usually just want to cut the crap and get on with the smexy time. In contrast, female part(s) of the equation (if present) usually want to get back into an active relationship again. If denied, the female may just break up with her partner and leave it at that. Stagdation is usually unavoidable and is notoriously hard to remove oneself from.

Partner A: So, the... uh weather's pretty good. We should go for a walk and then maybe get an iced latte or something. And I have reservations to Olive Garden for tomorrow... maybe we can meet your friends.

Partner B: <thought><tuneout>Damnit, this used to be fun with him... I gotta find a way outta this stagdation plateau.</tuneout></thought>

Both: <thought>Why doesn't he/she cut the crap and skip to the smexy time?</thought>

Stalkcation

Noun; A long distance stalking vacation timed around the location of a former lover, celebrity crush, or relationship undefined worthy of creeping on.

Verb; The act of stalking on vacation where the purpose of the vacation is the act of stalking.

I peeped her insta and she all up in the 4seasons. so I banged out some PTO for a stalkcation AND

DAYUM! seeing that ass real time is legit! When i get home, I can't wait to make a pillow case out of her pool towel.

Me: What you doing this weekend dude? More Excel data inputting?
Tom: Nahh Man. I'll be Stalkcationing your sister.
Me: Which one?
Tom: The one that the beans and rice didn't miss her.
Me: Dude, she got glandular problems.

A high class vacation that quickly turns from caviar and champagne, to spam and colt 45. Named in honor of the Carnival Cruise ship Splendor which got sidetracked due to fire.

Our trip to Venice got cancelled, so instead we drove to El Segundo and just had a Spamcation

2. A period of time an individual takes off social media to recharge and refocus on other important things or just to escape the pressure of the media.

1. Just took a Smacation to recharge my creative bars.
2. The pressure of being in the virtual space put a lot of strain on me! A Smacation was my best option
