Shiro is a person thats only nice to people he likes or respects. They also have a lot of personal problem's but don't like talking about them. They don't like feeling lonely so they will frequently ask people random things if they start to feel lonely. They sometimes change they're personality from calm to having an ego, they also might just act differently around people they don't like and people they do like.
