Med Seeker

A patient that goes to a hospital intentionally and makes up stuff in order to get painkillers that the patient is addicted to, or sells them.

Sally broke her finger so she could get more pain killers because she is addicted to them. She is known as a Med Seeker.

Seger Slide

One of the most depressing drinking games ever invented. Has origins in a depressing Brantford, Ontario, which is widely known as the birthplace of Wayne Gretzky as well as for being the once-home of Alexander Graham Bell. In the present day, Brantford is mainly home to meth heads and university students who didn't have good enough marks to get accepted to Laurier's Waterloo campus or the concurrent education program at Queen's.

The drinking game consists of a communal bottle of wine (or box, depending on how self-loathing you're feeling that day) that is shared with a group as a Bob Seger song plays in the background. The wine is passed around in a circle as the song plays, and the person in possession of the wine when the song stops has to chug whatever is left. There is no winner to this game, but it is presumed the loser is the first person who either begins crying or who relapses to whatever drug habit for which they are being treated.

"Hey man, I just got started on methadone, want to get together later and do the Seger Slide?"

Subconscious Attention Seeker

This term is used to describe a person who instinctively butts into a conversation without real thought and blurs out an obviously untrue response just for attention.

Jamie: "Hey Kieran, sorry to hear about your tongue"

Kieran: "Thanks, there I was skipping along and I just bit my tongue and now it's bleeding."

Robyn: "Hey did you guys say something about a tongue? I once bit my tongue off and it grew back in 2 days!"

Jamie: "Sure it did..."

Kieran: "Oh leave her alone, you know she's a subconscious attention seeker and will say anything to look cool"

Jamie: "Fair play"

Someone who engages in crying/fake drunkness/tantrums/telling you they're depressed but not saying anymore/poking you repeatedly in the hope that you will fall in love with them and give them an ego trip. Often found in Drama/Dance/Expressive Arts classes up and down the country. Almost always Female.

If youve never known one, then you must live in a remote village somewhere in Kazakhstan.
