A collection of normally incoherent words, phrases, and actions that have come into use due to the idiosyncrasies common in certain individuals such as the village idiot, who can be classified as Samish or the like.

Wow Samantha, I can't believe you jumped off that thing. See, you got hurt! That was so stupid, and that...whatever it was you yelled, thats for sure going in the Samtionary!

the term to describe the mass writing of new words to urban dictionary in one sitting until it starts to become really boring (however funny) and reminds you of when you were really ill.

After writing >10 new words ewan felt he was skitionary and decided to quit for the night, after realising it was only about 10-15 new words he felt like an amateur and hung his head in shame.
