Squinching

Verb: The action of lubricating one’s finger with lubricant, lotion and/or a condiment (ie. Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonnaise, etc.), pulling one’s butt cheek aside with the non lubricated hand; while pinching and tugging the poop out of one’s anal cavity, providing immediate gratification and release of bowels.
