Racula

Noun (Slang) Derogatory term, mostly heard in North-West and Eastern Australia, used to describe a bottom feeder in society who is so useless that they cannot take care of themselves and leech from others to sustain their lifestyle.

The name is a play on words (Dracula and Rat) based on their vampiric behavior and their tendency to look very ratty, similar to how many homeless people look, due to the their inability to perform even the most basic self-care.
