Someone who is overly paranoid to the point of totally irritating everyone around them can be described as parannoying.

STD Paranoia

After having sex with someone for the first time, the inevitable thought that you may possibly have just received some strange STD, even if safe sex was practiced.

STD Paranoia can also lead to the misinterpretation of something harmless as symptoms of an STD.

John: "Remember that girl i told you I hooked up with about a week ago? I think she gave me an STD, I have this patch of red skin on my dick!"
Craig: "Sounds like a classic case of STD Paranoia bro, don't worry, it happens to everyone. Just put some moisturizer on that shit and you're golden."

The act of reading multiple dark motives into other peoples actions without verification.

Feeling socially and emotionally insecure to point of deciding the world is against you.

Thinking like a victim whilst displaying extreme, irrational distrust of others.

Cindy didn't invite me to her party and I went into a paranoid fantasy until I realised she HAD emailed me an invite and it was caught in my inbox junk folder....phew!

Paranoid Android

Originally used to describe the character Marvin in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy books and radio plays. Marvin was a robot with emotions, namely: depression. His sorrowful life was your good time!

It was also a hit song by Radiohead on their third album, OK Computer. Both the name of the album, the song name and a line of the lyrics of the song are taken from Hitchhiker's Guide.

Marvin's most well-known line was "Life...don't talk to me about life"

The line in Radiohead - Paranoid Android that was a tribute to HHGTTG was "When I am king, you will be first against the wall"

panantheism

The belief that the universe is the physical manifestation of God (his/her body so to speak) but not the totality of God. God transcends the physical universe though it is part of him/her. Different from pantheism that states that the universe is God in totality.

Panantheism is the belief that the universe is the physical body of God but his/her spirit is bigger than the universe alone and transcends it.

Paranologist

Someone who studies all things paranormal, including, but not limited to, spiritual hauntings, cryptozoology, poltergeists and more. A paranologist can be anyone with a dedication to this field of study. (With more and more people entering the field of paranormal research, there is a need for a term of someone who studies or works in this field.)

There are several groups across the nation who have formed paranormal research teams. Each member of a team who studies paranormal activity can be considered a paranologist. Paranormal research has become a "hot topic" for many people.
