After 3 strikes the person will be considered gay and has to receive anal. After 3 strikes no a additional punishments will happen but the person will still be considered gay. If the accused thinks he should not receive a strike (because he thinks what he said or did is not gay) the nohomo council will decide his fate. After saying nohomo, the last 10 minutes of the persons actions will be considered not gay and without any gay intention. One can not say nohomo for future actions and not for actions longer ago than 10 minutes. A person witnessing something gay and not hearing nohomo or seeing it in written form within 10 minutes has to inform the other person of the strike within 24 hours of the event, otherwise the strike will be annulated. Nohomo has to be said even if the action or words said by a person are done or said without any gay intent. Context is ignored.
Man 1: "Hurry up, we're about to leave!"
