The racist african american mayor of New Orleans.
When help did not arrive in the blink of an eye during hurricane katrina, he had no other choice put to use the "racist" option when he didn't get his way.
He claimed there were not enough buses but in fact news footage showed an entire parking lot filled with buses that could have been used to evacuate people.
Later, Nagin claimed that those buses were not good enough.
Basically, he used the opportunity to stay in office as mayor by rallying the support of other african americans who believed his bullshit lies.
Some people were even deranged enough to believe that the government stalled because it wanted the african americans to suffer, which in retrospect, is total bullshit and makes no rational sense, considering the government had to pay billions to repair the damaged city.
He later called New Orleans "the chocolate city" during a speech in honor of the anti-racist "Martin Luther King".
Now if the mayor of a mostly white populated city were to call it the vanilla city, you know damn well the guy would lose his job and nobody would hear the end of it.
However, for some unknown reason, most african americans can be openly racist while white people cannot.
These are the same african americans who claim to be against racism but are in fact only using that excuse as a front for their own agendas.
Some people have come to use the slang, "Mayor Niggin" as a way to describe a corrupt african american politican.

He does his best every day to be a good person but he doesn’t even need to try. The most perfect first love i was ever lucky enough to know.
