Marianas Trench

Marianas Trench is the awesome, 4 man band from Vancouver British Columbia. It consists of Joshua Keeler Ramsay, Matthew Ian Webb, Micheal John Edward Ayley, and Ian Randle Clifford Casselman. Josh is lead vocals, guitar, piano. Matt is lead guitar, piano, backing vocals. Mike is bass, backing vocals. Ian is drums, backing vocals. They are hilarious, down to earth, and VERY TALENTED MUSICIANS. Check em' out! They have 3 albums out- Fix Me, Masterpiece Theatre, and Ever After. They also have 2 EP's- Self-Titled Marianas Trench and Say Anything. *There is also NO APOSTROPHE IN MARIANAS* They also have an amazing guitar tech named Brett Jamieson.

Marieta

Marieta.. wow! Marieta's sure are unique. They aren't always the quickest one to get the joke but man, they sure are smart with the books. Give em' a glass of wine, a few ice cubes and the party is started. Despite their 3D beauty marks, often on their face, Marieta's are overall beautiful (especially when they wear the red lipstick). If you take a Marieta to the Italian Night Club on 5th, you'll see just how fun she can be.

Marina and the Diamonds

Marina Lambrini Diamandis, born in 1985, is a British alternative/indie pop sensation. Known from 2010 on for her hit song "I Am Not A Robot" and her conceptual album "Electra Heart," Marina is beautiful, flawless, and basically a goddess, however she gets screwed over all of the time by her shitty record label 679 Records.

Marina and the Diamonds's name comes from, well, her first name, and her last name. 'Diamandis' means 'diamonds' in Greek, but she named herself Marina and the Diamonds to represent not only herself but also her fanbase. Therefore, I am a Diamond.

"Yeah but she probably won't because 679 can't do jack fucking shit"

Marina Girl

The San Francisco neighborhood has its own breed of female, known as the Marina Girl, as satirized in the Cameron Diaz film The Sweetest Thing. The stereotypical Marina Girl parties hard, shops casual yet high end fashions including Juicy Couture, Seven Jeans, Ugg Boots, and Banana Republic while never being employed in any tangible profession, other than receptionist, office manager, or booth babe. The Marina Girl maintains her high quality of life through a series of arrangements with older gentlemen in neighboring Pacific Heights. In recent years on weekends, Marina Girls tend to gravitate around the area dubbed by Herb Caen as the “Bermuda Triangle”: a collection of bars and restaurants on the corner of Fillmore and Greenwich streets. In recent times this area has become known as Gavin Newsom square with a collection of Newsom-owned businesses dominating the triangle. Mayor Newsom’s Matrix-Fillmore, Plumpjack Wine, Balboa Cafe, and Plumpjack Cafe are all Marina staples that dominate the landscape. During the week, the Marina Girl can be found looking for companionship at the popular Marina Safeway. When a Marina Girl turns 30, she is no longer known as a Marina Girl, but as a “Cougar”1. A few places in the Marina with a high saturation of Cougars are Balboa Cafe, Cozmo’s, the California Wine Merchant, and the Marina Safeway.

I came out and found this Marina Girl sitting on my motorcycle, like she freakin owned it.

Mariana is the girl you always wanted but can never have, she's very shy and introverted. She looks like an angel with her fox eyes, beautiful smile, brown long hair and amazing fashion sense. Don't let her doll-like features fool you tho, Mariana is very distant and cold if you're not the special person she wants to be with. She will always brighten up your day without even realizing it.
