loquesea

A borrowing of the Spanish phrase which means, roughly, "it that will come to be." Used in English as an adjective to describe something that has not been planned, but which you are confident will succeed anyhow. Generally reflects a laid-back, easy-going attitude similar to the mood expressed by the interjection "whatever."

Lawrence is a loquesea town. You never know what will happen next, but there is a fair bet it will be fun. That works for me, because I am a fairly easy-going guy.

loquera is a slang word utilized to refer to controlled substances. In most instances, this word is used to refer to cocaine. Although mainly used for cocaine, it can also be applied when one is referring to other drugs.

A person can say: "give me some loquera", meaning "give me some cocaine".
