An urban slang, LHMD stands for "left holding my dick."
While the terminology is sexual, the connotation is general, as in "Fucked".

It also can be used in the literal sense, when rejected or stood up by a girl.

Suppose Jack sends an email intended for his extramarital girlfriend, to his wife instead. That's a classic grade 1 LHMD for Jack.
