Heroine. GemStone IV is actually a misleading term. GemStone III was the original beta version of the drug, while GemStone IV is actually the full version. Often disguised cleverly as a glitzy fantasy roleplaying game.

IV real

The inside joke created by Kherington and the rest of the dancers on So You Think You Can Dance. Meaning for real, the IV being the roman numeral for four. The sign being, reaching your left arm up and placing the pinky, ring finger, middle finger, and pointer finger on the side of your shoulder that points the same way as your face and your thumb on the back of your shoulder.

DSM IV

Based on the manual of psychology that is more dysfunctional in content and process than many of the dysfunctions it describes.

To be changed to DSM 5 upon the planned release of DSM 5 in 2013.

The American judgment of Islam is frequently DSM IV.
