Hogging is an actual rodeo style competion where contestants must stay inside (doggy style) of a fat girl for a full eight seconds. Pronounced hodge-ing:

Hodgeing verb is the art of sitting around in a lazy manner while slightly, or haveing the appearences of, being hung over.

Hodgeing is normally done by a leader or supervisor type that sits around doing nothing while others are hard at work.
