A flankingnob is a person who, while you are engaged in an activity, will annoyingly come up behind you and start talking/ engaging with you, regardless of the fact you are obviously focused on another activity. The term flankingnob becomes apparent and relevant by the way in which the person stands behind you while you're sitting down, and places their crotch against your shoulder, as if they could rest their penis upon your shoulder.
Example:
"Did you see Pete today man?
"No, what he do?
"he was being a right flankingnob: stood right up behind my shoulder trying to talk to me about what he did last night with his mum and sister."
