A name to describe one who is of the most stupidest part of the human population. Used to describe a person with less than 20 IQ and has no sign of intelligence in any matter. It is quite rare to find such a person with such low intelligence. You can count yourself lucky in the finding of such a human.

The feeling of remorse and/or self-pity one feels after downloading or watching porn.
